Discovery

We start by understanding your situation, goals, and what you're trying to achieve. This includes your income structure, deposit position, property or business plans, and any complexity (SMSF, self-employed, existing debts). By the end of our first conversation, you'll know if your goal is realistic and what the next steps look like.

Strategy

You will receive clear recommendations with the pros and cons of each option explained, interest rates, fees, loan features, approval likelihood and settlement timeframes. We don't move forward until you're confident in the direction and understand exactly what you're agreeing to.

Application

We submit your application to the lender and manage the process through their credit assessment stage. This includes responding to any follow-up requests from the lender's credit team, coordinating property valuations, and keeping you informed of progress.

Approval & settlement

Once approval is issued, we manage the settlement process end-to-end, liaising with your specialist SMSF accountant or adviser as required and coordinating directly with your solicitor, the lender’s settlement team, and all relevant parties to ensure a smooth and timely completion.

How much does it cost to use a broker?

Nothing upfront for residential and most SMSF loans. Brokers are paid by the lender once your loan settles. For complex commercial lending scenarios, a fee may apply and will be disclosed upfront.
